Standard repair typically takes 5-10 business days after approval. With our exchange program, your replacement unit can be on its way the same day.
Once we verify availability, we ship you a replacement unit immediately to get your operations back up and running.
You use the same shipping material to send us your failed drive. This ensures the unit is protected during transit.
We must receive your core unit within 10 business days of Ideal Service's shipped date to complete the exchange.
